Product return form

Within 14 days from the day of delivery or receipt of the product, the Buyer can:

  1. Change to another size;
  2. Change to another product;
  3. Get back the money paid for the product.

Important: Refunds are made only for the item purchased, shipping costs incurred when returning the item are not covered.

The following conditions must be met when returning goods:
1. The returned product must be in its original, neat packaging, with authentic labels, protective bags and the same accessories with which it was sold.
2. The product must be undamaged and unused by the Buyer (except for cases where a defective product is returned).
3. The product must not have lost its commercial appearance (labels intact, protective film not torn off, etc., except for cases where a defective product is returned). Changes to the appearance of the package, which were necessary to inspect the received product, are not considered to be essential changes to the appearance of the product.
4. The returned item must be in the same package as the one received by the Buyer. 

Rules for returning and exchanging goods:

  1. Defects of purchased goods are removed, low-quality goods are replaced, returned in accordance with the Minister of Economy in 2001. June 29 by order no. 217 "Regarding the approval of the rules for the return and exchange of items" by the approved rules for the return and exchange of items. 
  2. In order to return or replace the product in the cases specified in Clause 1 of the Rules, the Buyer must fill out the product return form.
  3. 3.1. The Buyer may exercise the right provided for in Clause 1 of the Rules within 14 days from the day of delivery of the goods to him, informing the Seller about this in the prescribed manner. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer, if the Buyer does not follow the procedure for returning the goods established in this article.
  4. The return and exchange of goods is carried out in accordance with the 2001 regulation of the Minister of Economy. June 29 by order no. 217 approved "Rules for return and exchange of items" and the Minister of Economy in 2001. August 17 by order no. 258 of the approved "Rules for the sale of goods and provision of services when contracts are concluded using means of communication".
  5. In all cases, money for returned goods is transferred by payment order and only to the payer's bank account within 7 days. from the day of receiving the goods.
  6. Returned goods must be placed in an additional protective (for transportation) packaging (eg: a box or a protective envelope).
  7. If the customer used an additional discount (e.g. free delivery, 3 for the price of two, discount when buying more than one product) and later canceled (returned) at least one product from this order, the Seller has the right to deduct the amount of the additional discount from the amount returned to the customer. For example, when purchasing more items and receiving a quantity discount, returning one of the items will deduct the full amount of the discount from the return amount.

The buyer, after sending the returned item, must inform the seller about it by e-mail info@theanimalofmysoul.com, and be sure to specify the registration number of the sent shipment.
Without a tracking number, returns may take longer to process.

The seller undertakes, within 3 working days of receiving the returned goods, to make sure that the returned goods meet all the return criteria (i.e. no damage, damage, unaltered parts, product in the original package, etc.) and, if the goods meet all the return criteria, to return the money to the payer or the Buyer specified bank account.

Important! If the order was paid for by direct bank transfer, also through Paysera, the money is returned only to the payer's account.

If the returned product does not meet the return requirements, it is returned to the Buyer via the Lithuanian Post Office or to the nearest LP Express/Omniva terminal, after notifying the Buyer by e-mail. For sending such goods back to the buyer, the Seller reserves the right to demand compensation for losses and shipping costs.
